Solar Panel Cleaning Disclaimer

Our solar panel cleaning service includes thoroughly cleaning the solar panel glass and visually inspecting the system. The inspection involves a visual check of the panel’s glass, cells, seals, wires, roof, roof attachments, and inverter. Be aware that any pre-existing damage to your solar panel glass, i.e., scratches and stains, may not become apparent until after cleaning.  Additionally, we will visually inspect the roof and roof tiles for any issues. Please note; this service does not include the removal of pigeons, eggs, nests, or waste from beneath the panels or on the roof, nor does it include roof washing. These services can be provided at an additional cost. There will be an additional charge if special cleaning solutions or materials are required due to excessive buildup or staining. You will be notified of this for approval before cleaning. Furthermore, we do not shut down the solar system during the cleaning process or perform any electrical repairs.

Window Cleaning Disclaimer

Our window cleaning service uses specialized tools designed not to scratch your windows. We utilize water-fed poles with boar hair brushes to ensure a safe and effective cleaning process. Please note; Barron’s Solar Wash Company cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by water entering the house or seeping between the glass due to pre-existing conditions, such as damaged window seals, window frames, or compromised glass. Additionally, we are not liable for any other damage unless caused by our negligence. Be aware that any pre-existing damage to your windows or window screens may not become apparent until after cleaning. Detailed cleaning tasks, such as removing paint, stickers, calcium buildup, or other materials, are available at an additional cost.

Pigeon-Proofing Guarantee Disclaimer

We stand by the quality of our pigeon-proofing service. If at any time you see or suspect pigeons have returned under the panels, or if you notice the mesh is missing or has been opened, we will inspect and correct the issue free of charge. This guarantee is valid for the lifetime of our business, ensuring your solar panels remain protected from pigeons as long as we are in operation. Please note; this guarantee only applies to pigeons returning under the solar panels or mesh issues. It does not cover pigeons returning to other parts of the roof. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.

Online Enrollment


By enrolling online in Barron’s Solar Wash Company’s Maintenance Program, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in our service agreement, authorizing scheduled charges to your payment method on file. Please review our full Terms of Service carefully, including cancellation policies and automatic renewal terms, as submitting your enrollment signifies acceptance and makes you liable for the duration of the agreement.

Terms of Service: Barron’s Solar Wash Company will wash and inspect the solar panels located at the address listed every four months or three times per year, whichever comes first, for one year from the date of this agreement.


Cancellation: Any Party can cancel this Agreement at any time. If the client cancels the Agreement, the client must pay the balance of the EBMP agreement. If a balance applies, it will be charged within 48 hours of the day of cancellation through the authorized method. If Barron’s Solar Wash Company cancels the Agreement, any money credited to an uncompleted wash will be refunded within two business days.

 

Term/Termination: This agreement is for one year. It will automatically renew for an additional term if either party fails to give the other written notice of their intent not to renew at least 15 days before the current term's expiration.


Payment for Service: You authorize regularly scheduled charges to your Credit Card. You will be charged the amount indicated below each billing period. A receipt for each payment will be provided to you and the charges will appear on your Credit Card Account Statement. You agree that prior notification will only be provided if the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from us at least ten days prior to the payment being collected.
